Description

Bloody Mary Dip gives this creamy shrimp salad a nice kick.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pre-cooked medium shrimp, tails removed
  • 1 medium cucumber, quartered lengthwise & sliced
  • ½ cup thinly sliced radish
  • ½ cup Robert Rothschild Farm Bloody Mary Dip
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Fresh dill and lemon, optional

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine shrimp and vegetables. In a smaller bowl whisk together dip and mayonnaise. Pour over salad and stir to combine. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon, if desired.
