Robert Rothschild Shrimp Bruschetta Rounds
Description
Our Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta Topping makes this
delicious appetizer a snap to prepare!
Ingredients
- 12 slices of baguette, toasted or bagged pre-toasted baguette crisps
- 1/2 lb. medium pre-cooked coctail shrimp, tails removed, roughly
chopped - 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta Topping
- Fresh basil, minced or sliced green onions, to garnish
Instructions
- Combine the shrimp and Roasted Red Pepper Bruschetta Topping in a medium
bowl. - To assemble, place a small amount of the shrimp mixture on each round.
Garnish with basil or green onions, as desired, and serve immediately.
Note: The mixture of shrimp and topping may be mixed ahead of time and
chilled. Top the bread just before serving and garnish.
