Dry Whites 

CHARDONNAY:0% residual sugar
Our Maryland Chardonnay is harvested in Queen Anne’s County at the Hemsley Fortune Vineyard. This barrel fermented dry white is lightly oaked with hints of citrus, vanilla and pear.
Serving Suggestions: Perfect with seafood and chicken. Serve chilled.

WHITE RAVEN: 1% residual sugar
ESTATE BOTTLED. Produced as a Pinot Grigio, this wine is a soft, crisp, fruity, off dry dinner wine.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with crab cakes, sharp cheeses and appetizers. Serve chilled.

FOX HUNT BLUSH: 2% residual sugar
This wine is light and off dry. Great for casual entertaining or dinner.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with appetizers, fruit or lamb. Serve chilled.

TERRAPIN WHITE:3% residual sugar
Produced as a dinner Riesling, this wine is off dry with a soft fruit background. Aged in stainless steel.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with pork, poultry, seafood and sharp cheeses. Serve chilled.

Dry Reds

BLACK RAVEN: 0.25% residual sugar
A Pinot Noir style red that is soft and low in tannins. Oak aged, this delightful wine is easy on the palate with a crisp clean finish.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with spicy dishes, salads and mixed vegetables. Serve slightly chilled.

BACIONI: 0% residual sugar
ESTATE BOTTLED. ( Bah-che-o-nee) in Italian means “ A big Kiss”. This luscious red dinner wine is complimented with a hint of fruit and oak.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with pasta, hamburgers and pizza.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON:0% residual sugar
Our Cabernet is produced as a traditional dry red wine, the lower tannin levels make it softer on the palate. This wine has a light fruit background with a hint of oak.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with eggplant, steak and roasts.

MERLOT (2005 Governor’s Cup Winner):0% residual sugar
Our Maryland Merlot is grown in Queen Ann’s County at he Hemsley Fortune Vineyard. This wine is full bodied with a soft oak background, rich in black cherry, vanilla and plum overtones.
Serving Suggestions: Serve red meat, roasts and spicy dishes.

CHAMBOURCIN:0% residual sugar
ESTATE BOTTLED. Our Chambourcin is a rich full-bodied red dinner wine. Overtones of raspberry and oak make this wine perfect for fine dining.

ESTATE BOTTLED. Full bodied semi-sweet white. The distinctive “spicy” nose comes from its Gewürztraminer parentage.

SKIPJACK:7% residual sugar
Produced as a dessert Riesling. This luscious velvety wine has elegant fruit overtones and a crisp clean finish.

STEEPLE CHASE RED:6% residual sugar
A soft semi-sweet red wine. The rich cherry background flavors are accentuated when served with anything chocolate.

Produced from Native American grapes, this wine has a semi-sweet finish and the flavor of fresh picked grapes.

MARYLAND SANGRIA:6% residual sugar Fruity, Semi-sweet red wine flavored with citrus. A great addition to a party or just for relaxing. Serving Suggestions: Cheese, chips, barbeques and fresh fruit.

SPICED APPLE (100% PURE FRUIT WINE):6% residual sugar Our Spiced Apple wine is made from apples grown in western Maryland. Semi-sweet and spiced with cinnamon and cloves, this wine is best served warm. Serving Suggestions: Serve with baked apples or apple pie.

SPICY REGATTA: 6% residual sugar This is a semi-sweet spiced red wine. This wine is great served heated with slices of oranges and apples for the winter or chilled over fresh fruit in the summer. Serving Suggestions: Serve heated with slices of oranges and apples for fall and winter entertaining.

Pure Fruit Wines 

PEACH (100% PURE FRUIT WINE):6% residual sugar Semi-sweet and full of the flavors and aromas from the freshly picked fruit. Serving Suggestions: Great with pork, scallops, ice cream, and desserts. Also great when mixed with champagne.

PLUM (100% PURE FRUIT WINE):6% residual sugar Fresh ripened plums make this semi sweet medium bodied wine. Soft and delicate. Serving Suggestions: Serve with pork, fowl, wild game, or oriental foods.

STRAWBERRY (100% PURE FRUIT WINE):6% residual sugar Soft, medium bodied, semi-sweet pure fruit wine. Enticingly aromatic and full of flavor. Serving Suggestions: This wine pairs well with chicken, stir fry vegetables and desserts. Also great when mixed with champagne.

RASPBERRY (100% PURE FRUIT WINE): 6% residual sugar Governor’s Cup Best Fruit Wine 2005 This semi-sweet medium bodied wine is produced from pure raspberries. The flavor and aromas of fresh raspberries will fill your mouth with every sip. Serving Suggestions: Serve with chicken, over fresh fruit and salads or with chocolate desserts.

BLUEBERRY (100% PURE FRUIT WINE):6% residual sugar Medium bodied and semi-sweet. This wine is made from the juice of fresh ripened blueberries. Serving Suggestions: Blend with champagne to create a spritzer. Serve with cheese, crepes, muffins and other desserts.
