Q: Where are you located?
A: Our store is located in the historic downtown area of Frederick,Maryland

Q: Can wine baskets be shipped out of state?
A: Marylandlaw prohibits the shipping of wine into, or out of the state of Maryland.  Wine baskets can be picked up at our store, or hand delivered within our
local delivery area.  Please call us at 301-696-9345 or 888-368-9999 to check if your recipient’s address is within our delivery area.

Q: Are the bottles of wine the size of regular bottles found in the stores?
A:  All bottles are standard 750ml. bottles, unless otherwise stated in the description.

Q: What happens if you are out of stock of a particular item?
A:  Our inventory changes depending upon season and product availability.  In the event that we need to make a substitution, a similar item of equal or greater value will be substituted.

Q: Do you ship chocolate in the summer months?
A:  We do not ship chocolate during the summer, other delectable confections will be substituted.

Q; Do you offer shipping insurance?
A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!

Q: Can I ship my gift basket anywhere?
A: Anywhere within the continentalU.S.  We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Q: Why do you need my recipient’s phone number?
A:  UPS requests the recipient’s phone number to contact them if there is an issue with the
delivery.  We will not contact your gift recipient via phone unless we are having problems with the delivery.  If you do not have the recipient’s phone number, you can provide us with your number and UPS will contact you if necessary.

Q: Do you offer corporate accounts?
A: Yes, we are happy to extend Net 30 day terms to businesses that are credit worthy.
Please contact us to request a credit application.  Once we receive the application back from you, it takes approximately 2 days for credit approval.
